I’ve been told you have to be able to let yourself slip every once in a while, so you don’t strain yourself and stay on the diet longer. This is NOT why I went off my diet, I have absolutely NO EXCUSE for doing so… Anyways, as always, I didn’t stuff my face in junk, I just didn’t count the calories.
In regard to that first statement; I’m letting myself slip once a week starting next week. From now until saturday I’ll be trying to compensate for what I ate yesterday and today.

crap… this is why I need you guys
I need to eat 1200-1400 calories per day, but I have absolutely no motivation to keep it up, so I’m using you guys. Every day I’ll post how many calories I had… I should keep this up for about 2 weeks.
You guys are now my monitors.
