Anonymous asked: The best way to loose weight is to write down EVERYTHING you eat, even mints and gum. Record the calories, the fat, sugar and carbs. Also walk walk walk walk walk. :) And stay away from the scale, and don't get discouraged if you eat a few too many calories. Optimism is key.

I'm going on a diet.

I need to eat 1200-1400 calories per day, but I have absolutely no motivation to keep it up, so I’m using you guys.
