I went off my diet yesterday... and today. shitty,...
I’ve been told you have to be able to let yourself slip every once in a while, so you don’t strain yourself and stay on the diet longer. This is NOT why I went off my diet, I have absolutely NO EXCUSE for doing so… Anyways, as always, I didn’t stuff my face in junk, I just didn’t count the calories.
In regard to that first statement; I’m letting myself slip...

Anonymous asked: The best way to loose weight is to write down EVERYTHING you eat, even mints and gum. Record the calories, the fat, sugar and carbs. Also walk walk walk walk walk. :) And stay away from the scale, and don't get discouraged if you eat a few too many calories. Optimism is key.

I'm going on a diet.
I need to eat 1200-1400 calories per day, but I have absolutely no motivation to keep it up, so I’m using you guys. Every day I’ll post how many calories I had… I should keep this up for about 2 weeks.
You guys are now my monitors.
